Not only did he point out the things that needed to be repaired, but he also managed to give a rough estimate on the price it would cost to get things done. As an added bonus, he explained just how important certain repairs were, and the effects of leaving them unmanaged, then helped me weigh my options for which ones needed to get done sooner and which could be delayed if needed! 10/10 would use again!
