3Rs Completes Repair, Remodel, and Remediation of Local Apartment
Uglow Manor was a major project that we completed this year. It gave us the opportunity to use all of our "three Rs"! (Repair, Remodel and Remediation) The project was so successful that our estimate of completing it in seven months was reduced to a four month project! We have a great team of experts that worked hard to make it run smoothly and quickly.
This apartment complex located in Dallas, Oregon is made up of 42 units with over 100 residents. Our goal was to complete the repairs with excellence, improve the safety of the living space and keep the stress level low during construction.
Over the Four Month Project 3Rs Completed:
- lead paint mitigation
- siding removal that included dry rot repairs and mold remediation
- Hardie plank siding replacement along with trim and soffits
- fresh and updated three-tone exterior painting
- new front entry doors with security deadbolts and hardware
