How long does it take to get an estimate?
Depending on the time of year we typically can schedule to see your project within a few days and we strive to get your quote back to you within 48 hours, but we’ll let you know if will be longer.
How long is an estimate good for?
Our estimates are valid for 15 days after we send it to you. Pricing on materials and labor can fluctuate over short periods of time. If your estimate has passed the 15 day mark we just need to review it to confirm we are still offering you the best possible price for the work you want done.
Do you require a downpayment?
Yes, 50% unless otherwise noted.

Yes. 3Rs Construction & Remodeling uses professional and reliable sub-contractors as needed alongside our well trained in-house team to get you the best results for the most competitive price available.
