A Salem Remodeling Contractor Built on Family, Integrity & Teamwork
We think of our team as a family and we want you to be part of our family too!
We value our relationships as a team and with our customers. We find that it’s easier to do consistently great work if we know we are working for friends and families that we genuinely care about.
HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
When Duane started in the construction business he was just one guy with a few extra hours a week, a truck, and a handful of old tools picked up at garage sales. His goal was to help people. It was that simple.
Today, Duane and the 3Rs Construction & Remodeling team help hundreds of people keep their homes safe, and help them transition their great design ideas into reality.
For over 30 years we have happily served our friends and neighbors in the Salem community. We invest over 600 hours per week into our community and our deepest desire is still to serve each other and our neighborhoods with integrity.
